The fourth session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee to develop an international legally binding instrument on plastic pollution, including in the marine environment (INC-4), is scheduled to take place at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa, Canada, within the period 21 to 30 April 2024 inclusive of one day for regional consultations.
