The ISBP takes place from 13 to 16 September 2022 in Sion, Switzerland, and is organized by the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland and the University of Stuttgart. The ISBP2021 focuses primarily on microbially synthesized (bio)polymers like polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), cellulose, pullulan, cyanophycin, polylactic acid (PLA), polyisoprenes (rubbers).

In a keynote speech GO!PHA covers the industrialization of the PHA platform, looks back at the 2nd PHA-platform World Congress, and presents its own organizational development.
